Sect. 05 — FAQQ-01What grade of açaí do you supply?+
Especial is the top grade of açaí purée — the name Brazilian producers give purée with the highest share of actual fruit: 14% pulp solids, versus 8–11% in the standard grades. It's thicker, darker and richer, it's all we sell, and it's certified organic from Brazil.
Q-02What formats can I order?+
Açaí cubes (9kg cartons — 3 × 3kg pouches), 6kg sachet cartons, 5-gallon pulp pails, 5L scoopable sorbet and 10L bag-in-box soft serve — plus pink pitaya sachets, IQF and purée, IQF fruit and blue spirulina.

Australia-wide on our own cold chain, with freezer warehousing in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
