How açaí wholesale can help your business.

Whether you're a single café or a food manufacturer, buying açaí direct from a wholesaler changes your margins, your consistency and how much time your team spends on prep.

01Better cost per serve

Buying in wholesale quantities lowers the cost of each bowl, smoothie or tub you make, which is what really determines your margin. Working out your cost per serve (pack price ÷ number of portions) makes it easy to compare formats and suppliers fairly, rather than comparing pack prices of different sizes.

02The right format for your workflow

Wholesale suppliers offer formats built for different businesses:

Matching format to business
Sachetssingle portions for cafés and juice bars
Cubes / pouchesblend-ready portions for busy bowl bars
Pailsbulk pulp for manufacturers and high-volume stores
Sorbet & soft servescoop or machine service with no blending

Choosing the format that suits your kitchen saves labour every day. See our full açaí format range.

03Consistency customers notice

A regular customer expects the bowl they had last week. Buying the same graded product from one supplier means the same colour, thickness and flavour every time, and pre-portioned formats take the guesswork out of serving size.

04Reliable supply

Açaí is imported frozen from Brazil, so stock depends on shipping schedules and cold storage. A wholesaler with local freezer warehousing can hold buffer stock, deliver on short lead times and help you plan around seasonal demand, which usually peaks in the warmer months.

05What to ask a supplier

What grade is it? Ask how much fruit is in the pulp. Is it certified organic? Ask for the certification details. Is it sweetened, and with what? How is it stored and delivered? It should stay frozen the whole way. Can I get specifications and a sample? A good supplier will provide both.

06Support beyond the product

The best supplier relationships include help with recipes, portioning and menu ideas, especially if açaí is new to your business. That's how we've worked with cafés since 2010, one bowl build at a time.
